Oakmann Inns contracted us to to undertake a complete fit out of a new unit to create Beech House restaurant and bar.
Located in the heart of the Atria shopping centre in Watford, Oakmann Inns undertook a complete fit out of a new unit to crate Beech House Restaurant & Bar.
For the project we installed 3 new distribution boards and an incoming switch fuse isolator. Cable tray was installed across the ground floor to provide a clear route for the electrical cables and left exposed to provide the “industrial” look the client was looking for. A variety of lighting was installed ranging from pendants, picture lights, to track lighting with spotlights, LED tape to the bar and emergency lighting.
Small power services were installed to provide adequate supplies for the electrical and mechanical requirements for the site. Dedicated data supplies were installed for the bar and waiter stations all feeding back to the communication room.
Watford is an up-and-coming location with great links to London, so the client was looking for an appropriate high-end atmosphere to match the clientele.
Having completed many projects with us before, Oakman Inns knew they could rely on the team to deliver the programme on time.
