Challenge/Scope
Leonardo Group has expanded its portfolio to include the apartments at 66 Turnmill Street and 2 Suffolk Lane, with 41 studio apartments between the two sites. Our role was to refurbish the apartments to meet the specifications of the Master Collections brand.
Works Included
Upgrading the lighting and emergency lighting to the lobbies and corridors across all floors. New headboard services, including power and lighting. New LED lighting in the wardrobe and kitchen areas.
Replacing existing accessories throughout for modern black screwless plates and installing a new illuminated vanity mirror in the bathrooms.
Benefits to the client
Delivered a quick turnaround across both projects simultaneously, allowing the client to close as soon as purchased and reopen under the new brand within a few weeks. The result was modern, functional apartments in keeping with the brand’s specifications.
