The refurbishment of 43 rooms at the Clayton Hotel in Birmingham to roll out the new updated room design.
Works Included
Across the 4 different types of rooms, works included altering and extending the existing wiring. Replacing and relocating lighting, small power and installation of new linear LED to the window pelmets.
We also upgraded the current RCDs that feed the rooms to meet the electrical industry regulations.
