Challenge / Scope

The project sees the existing kitchen altered to provide a new glass wash and ladies WC. Also, a rewire of the existing power to the games room which is being fully refurbished to make it a functional area in addition to the main trading areas.

Works Included

Throughout the site there were general power position replacements, additional new positions and compliance works completed.

Externally we ran a new sub main and installed a new distribution board to the games room. Installed new external lighting, festoon lighting and heaters.

Benefits to the client

This new external area for customers to use, expands the capacity of the pub and provides a new area for the dart board and AWP’s to be played comfortably.
