Challenge / Scope

Full refurbishment works to the new HQ, a high-end 4 storey building in the centre of London for Al Rayan bank, one of the UK’s largest Islamic Banks by assets and one of the fastest growing banks in the country.

Works Included

On each level the lighting, Dali lighting control, small power and data were overhauled, altered, adapted and additional outlets installed. Supplies were also installed for AC units and blind controls. Data cabling was adjusted throughout the building with additional lines added for desk positions and AV systems.

The comms room was fully repatched and adjusted according to the IT specification.

The bank and its clientele expected high workmanship and a high standard of finish which we achieved within a tight deadline and set budget.
