Creative Interior Contracts is a long-standing client who was approached to implement a full refurbishment of the club house including the bars, public areas, restaurants, lounges, WC’s and the installation of a new “swing room”.
It was a complex project with lots of building works and structural alterations requiring a high level of contract and onsite project management.
The clubhouse now looks great and the space is better used, along with the swing room providing a new revenue stream for the club.
The full works included:
- Full strip out and rewire of all areas
- Replacement of 3 phase distribution equipment
- Installation and programming of a commercial-grade dimming system
- Installation of small power circuits
- Full general lighting and emergency lighting
- Data wiring for displays, tills, and CCTV
