Challenge / Scope

Refurbishment works to the hotel reception, bar, restaurant, and common customer facing areas, to meet the new design specification, whilst the site remained a live environment.

Works Included

Strip out and replacement of all services within the work envelope. Additional new socket outlets with USBs were added to enhance the customer experience. Additional feature lighting and linear LED were also added throughout the area and into various joinery items. Upgrades and alterations to the distribution and circuit protection and reprogramming of the lighting control system installed on site.
