The barge had been an iconic part of Lincoln City’s landscape for many years. Formally a Chinese restaurant the barge was purchased by the University of Lincoln Student Union and was remodelled throughout to transform it into a modern cocktail bar.
Our experience in the hospitality sector and fast-paced projects ensured that this project was completed on time for our client. Our “can do” attitude proved invaluable working on the water!!!
Work included:
- Strip out to allow for remodelling and building work
- Alteration of existing services to allow for layout of power and lighting
- Installation of data systems and cabling for CCTV
- Installation of festoon lighting
- Installation of new supplies for kitchen equipment
- Wiring for the audio system
- Installation of fire alarm
