Challenge / Scope

Based on existing working relationships we were employed by The Bedford Estates to conduct over 100 electrical inspection and condition reports to part of their portfolio of rented properties and to complete the corresponding remedial works required.

Works Included

Working closely with the Estate management team, we arranged access to each site to suit the tenants to carry out the inspection.

Remedial works often included upgraded distribution boards, upgrading gas/water bonding. Ensuring all lighting and small power is compliant and damage free.

Benefits to the client

Having worked with our client previously, they were confident in our technical knowledge and understanding of the items to be inspected and produce detailed documentation and reports and trusted us to deliver the project and conduct ourselves appropriately in the tenant’s property.
