Working for our client Culena London, Allen and Son were appointed to provide the complete electrical service installation for a high-end apartment set in the heart of Mayfair, London.

The design for the apartment consisted of a very high finish and detail to create a luxurious living space.

Work included:

• Full design and construction drawings working alongside the client
• Complete replacement of all electrical services including the installation of a lighting control system, programmed with scene-setting throughout the property, and intuitive control via smart devices
• Installation of supplies for air conditioning contractor, electric underfloor heating to all wet rooms, fire detection systems, data and AV network
