Project Details:

Al Rayan Bank is the UK’s largest Islamic Bank by assets and on the of the fastest growing banks in the country. They requested Apex (our client) to design and fitout their new commercial office in Strafford Place, W1.

The existing space had already been fitted out to a high CAT A standard and Apex built upon this by developing a reception feature with two client meeting rooms to form a stunning initial impression as you enter the space.

Further offices were created to maximise borrowed light using silicon glass jointed glass and the general office was fitted out and furnished to a level befitting this high profile central London space.

• Small power: General socket outlets and floor boxes
• Fluke certified Cat6 data installation
• Distribution board and circuit protection
• Full Containment
• Lighting including emergency lighting & specialist lighting controls
• Installation of an access control system for the doors
