Challenge/Scope

Working with our client, the objective was to refurbish the restaurant, bar area and kitchen to provide enhanced facilities for members and staff, while using their existing wiring and power provisions.

Works Included

A full overhaul of all the existing lighting, with new pendants, feature lighting, downlights and linear LED lighting installed. New mechanical supplies were installed for the AC units, lift and kitchen. The existing small power was upgraded to complement the new layout and back-of-house staff requirements.

Benefits to the client

The refurbishment works have transformed the clubhouse. The lighting makes the trade areas open and modern, enhancing the golf members’ experience. The improvements to the kitchen have enabled the club to improve its customer experience through more efficient operations and extended food offering.
