Project Details:

Mills supply products to the trade specialising in the data and telecommunication sectors. This project involved the fit-out of their new headquarters and warehouse. The space needed to be flexible for future growth.

We worked to a tight programme and our “can do” attitude really helped the success of this project. The project spec changed considerably during the project but these changes were fully costed and managed which enabled the client to be in full control of the budget while the installation progressed at pace.

The work included:

• Installation of new lighting and emergency lighting, internal and external
• New small power, lighting, and trunking to the first-floor offices
• Installation of Paxton access control and CCTV system
• Replacement fire alarm system
• Installation of supplies for AC units and mechanical supplies including cabling
• Installation of new data infrastructure including CAT5 and fibre
